High idle

So just got the car tuned/dynoed and afterwards the car has idled high 11-1300. Talked with the tuner he said maybe file was corrupted so he sent it to me again I put it in the car and now the car will still idle high but then everyone in ahwile it will come down to 800 where it needs to be. I've checked all boost/vac lines and made sure there was no leaks. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated
