HID fogs

I have been working on fogs for a few days and finally got them in...

they are damn bright..but still only fogs, but from what im told they still blind people. =)

Damn, those look really good. I love bright fogs. You should the independent fog mod instead of the mod you have. I think it looks sweet to be running only the fog lights and nothing else, especially in the day (now you will be able to see your fogs in the daylight)

Ah, thats true. The independent fogs is a way better choice.

they are out of a lexus RX330..as far as cost, they were free.

no one sells them, i retro fitted them myself.

i took the fogs off the car, and dremeled out the holes to fit the wider HID bulb. then i glued the bulbs in the housing. ran the 2 wires to the old fog socket to the ballast and used 2 sided tape to mount the ballasts to the metal bar above where the fogs mount. done.

ill take pics from below the car next week, as im going to new jersey for training.
