Hey guys im lookin to sell/trade my Highly modded 98 cobra and get into an L.
My questions for u guys are
1- What kinda things should i keep an eye out for while shopping for one
2- What kind of power do these motors handle
3- Id like to get into a close to stock L but if i find a nice modded one wat would i need to examine to make sure im not getting into a time bomb. anyway thanks for your time,

Also if thier is other stuff u guys think i should know of look out for please feel free to include it, im a L novice over here so i need all the help i can get.

for starters, the 99-00 make 360 at the crank, 01+ make 380. Plus the earlier ones had an aftercooler recall, so i would make sure it had the recall done.

as far as handling hp, i think most would agree that 450 hp is pushing it....you can run some high 12's with a pulley, tune, and tires.

for a modded one, i would check and make sure he's running a tune from a good tuner.
