Hermann Dyno'd the 2.6H

Had the car dynoed up at Hermann's back in May.
Just had him install some Bassani midlengths and retune/dyno.
Drum roll please................. 663rwhp/630tq @ 20psi !!!!
A/F was 11.5 and actually richened up near the top end below 11.0.

The mods common between runs:
Stock engine
KB 2.6H
2lb lower
Stock Trottle body
K&N FIPK CAI
SCT BA2400 MAF
BAP with stock pumps
60lb injectors
93 octane and torco.

Here is the difference in the runs:

Blue run (May 2007):
3.4 upper (18lbs)
stock manifolds
offroad prochamber midpipe

Red run (Nov 2007):
3.1 upper (20-21lbs)
Bassani mid-length Headers
offroad x-midpipe

After the holiday he is going to install a KB single blade TB and retune, hoping to get 700rwhp.

Nice. Looking forward to installing my 2.6. I do see that a key component to good torque is long tube headers.

question about ur pulley setup.......so ur running a 3.1 upper and a 2lbs lower.......and made 20lbs of boost and 663rwhp/630tq :rockon: F***in sick BRO!!!!!!!

great #s man i got a 2.6 i got a 3.0 upper and stock lower , what do you think my boost will be? you think i can get by with some torco and 93 gas? i see you got stocks pumps still and bap. was youre duty cycle at 100% yet? if not what was youre setting on. im fixing to get mine tuned soon .

I would guess your combo would be 18-19lbs. I think you would be fine on 93, a little torco is good in case you ever get bad gas. I dont have my duty cycle numbers at the moment but I am sure Hermann would have mentioned something if I was running out of fuel. I have stock pumps + BAP + 60lbs injectors at 20-21lbs and I am ok so you should be too. Talk to Hermann if you have some doubts.

Actually we added about 10 oz. to a little less than half a tank
