I had no idea where to post this but everytime I save a picture (usually in jpg or gif format) it makes me save the picture as a bitmap. Can anyone help me fix it??

Someone else might have a better way, but this is what I do. Do you have a photo editor program? If so, open up the picture in that program, then save as. You can change the type to jpeg then.
Thats what I usually do but some pictures I save are animated gifs.
