OK, I've got a 97 Cobra with a FAST and FAST E-DIS. My timing is about 90* off.

With my #1 cyl. at TDC, the timing mark on the Primary sprocket has'nt reached the cam position sensor. By the time it is aligned with the sensor, #1 cyl. is past TDC, causing all of my timing to be off. The position of the timing mark on the sprocket is even different than on the diagram in my Chiltons manual. How can I fix this. We've tried altering the firing order on my old style FAST, but it defaults to #1 cyl, no matter what the firing order is. Will I have to grind the key way off the sprocket? I don't think I should have to do that. I'm stumped. All the timing marks lined up upon installation. I used stock heads/cams that were not separated.
