Does the car have a cold air kit? Make sure you didn't pinch a MAF wire when you put the fender liner in. Shouldn't bother it otherwise, it will have plenty of air.

Normal for pressure to go up under load. Wouldn't worry about that unless a/f is off. You have a wideband a/f gauge?

The pressure going up doesn't bother me but the fuel pressure dropping down to 1lb in between shifts does.
