Help??? Where to get waterproof large custom made stickers????

I want to take a high res photo, and have it put on a large (2'x3') sticker that is water proof and durable. Does anyone know of any web sites or places that do this?

Its a photo. If something of that size is called a banner, then yes?

I know car wraps are weather resistant, but I don't know about water proof. Check with any commercial printing shop. Be prepared to dig deep, that stuff is BANK!
