Help Whats it worth?

Looking at a 98 White on black two owner Cobra 100% stock. Interior is very nice passenger or back seat hardly sat in. Front bumper has one big chip like 4x4 inch. Carfax is clean no wrecks at all and guy has had it since 30k miles. Has about 100k now. What do u guys think it worth? Going to look at it monday. Thanks in advance
