Help what is this sound!

Recently started doing it to me. Seems things are pointing to either throw out bearing and sleeve or flywheel. Car drives perfectly normal but terrible sound. Goes away when clutch is pushed in

Doesn't sound like TOB to me. So at speed it goes away when you push in the clutch? Not just stopped?

Yes goes away at any speed if I push the clutch in.

I couldn't tell, does it make the noise in neutral with the clutch out?

Yes in neutral with clutch disengaged it still does it.

Sounds like my clutch did when the sleeve was broken off. It did it some times and other times it was fine.
