Help w/ignition related problem?

[COBRASVT]

N/A car with almost no mods. Off road X w/mils, Borla XR1's, BBK CAI...

Car has a miss under part throttle at lower RPM....seems ok at higher revs.

Did this a month ago and here's what I did:

• Replaced coil packs with stock...no fix.
• Checked plug wires in dark and they were arcing bad.
• Replaced wires with Taylor 8mm Spiro Pros and seemed fine, but didn't check for arcing.
• Now after two weeks, running same as before and wires are arcing.

I recently replaced the 30# injectors w/factory 24#, but the plugs were cleaned and flow tested before I installed. Was running poorly on the 30# injectors anyway.

What could it be?

What to check next?

Do we have ignition modules?

Have not replaced plugs, but they looked fine when I pulled them last...coil packs look fine...dialetic grease on all connections.
