Help! Truck Sized Bias Ply Wheels - 7.5x20

I've got a project I'm working on and I need a few rims for a tube style bias ply tire.

6.5x20
7.5x20
8.5x20

Here in the States we've been using Radial tires for so long I can't find much good literature or retailers to buy them.

Anyone able to help me out? It's for an international project I'm working on.

Locals - I'll buy you a case of your favorite beer if you can help me out.

 

[Why Try]

7.5 and 8.5 x 22.5 is a common wheel size and steel wheels can be purchased pretty cheap but 20s I'm at a loss for.
