Help starting 2014 Gt Paxton 2200

Hello everyone, I just finished install of 2200 Paxton on my 2014 gt. I tightened all bolts checked all pipping. However, when I went to start it just keep turning over but would not start..then the lights flickered and clicking noise like battery dead...I checked it and it was at 11.5 so I put on trickle charge.....my question is do I need tune before I start? Or can I start and check for leaks before trailering to Dyno? Should I try to start again or just take to tuner?

You need a start up tune for your new MAF and injectors.
