help relays turning on/off in koeo

Had a problem today with a lightning 2003, some of the relays on the drivers side engine compartent turn on and off when i put the switch in koeo, it won`t start up with the fuel pump relay installed, if I take it out, 0psi and it starts with pedal at wot, injectors are working ok, i have spark and gas, any ideas?

also ecu doesn't throw any codes, weird thing is that I disconnected all injectors, and the engines tries to start, like when you have fouled plugs, but it does it too many times, If i remove the fuel pump relay, it will start but bogs because there is 0 fuel pressure, if I put the fuel pump relay, the engine turns off like there's too much gas, before that, the car was working great..

I tested all injectors and all where ok..

Did you check the fuel shut off under the kick panel on the passengers side, You may have tripped it.

THanks,the fuel switch hasn't been tripped, the car starts when I remove the fuel pump relay, and tries to start with all 8 injector plugs disconnected, weird :shrug:.. all injectors are closed when they don't have 12v..

cleaned all plugs, and the car started but seems like it´s running too rich
