Strange 10-Way Adjustable Shocks

Was hit not to long ago rear passenger side. Axle tube was replaced (inner). Rides fine. Almost seems as if its got a wobble like out of balance.

I've noticed here lately the gap between the top of the rear tires and the fender differs at times. And the wheels seem to camber in up top. I know with this car being straight axle that's not a good thing. I've read that the actual tubes can spin where they meet the pumpkin. I've heard that's a logical explanation for the tires wearing funny. Only been on the car like 5k miles.

Any help would be appreciated.

They replaced the passenger side. But both have some camber to a degree, which explains the tires wearing on the insides.
