Help please! Need X-plan PIN

I am buying a cobra tommorrow, already started the paperwork, but I can't get in contact with my friend who had a x-plan pin. If anyone can help me out with a friends/family x-plan PIN number I would be very grateful. Please help me out! Thank you all for your time!

might wanna be careful about passing yourself off eligible for x-plan....i know people get away with it, but i think it might be fraud.....

however, i have found x-plan pin numbers through simple yahoo searches......but i do not condone using it (I have not)......
