I just got my 99 Cobra on the road about 3 weeks ago. After driving for a few days the check engine light has came on with 3 codes.
One of them is P1233, which is the Fuel Pump Driver Module Off-Line.
The weird thing is, I am driving this car everyday, and have had no Driveablity issues with it. It runs great!
I thought that if the FPDM is off-line I wouldn't have any Fuel Pressure???
A little history on the car, a previuos owner took the car apart and used a bunch of the wiring, engine, tranny, etc....... in a Cobra kit car. The car has been put back together using a Totalled Roll-Over 2003 10th Anni Cobra. So the car has quite a bit of 03 Wiring.
It has just stumpped me with it saying the FPDM is off-line, but the car is running and driving fine.
Anyone have any ideas??
I have a year before I have to have the car pass it's OBDII Emissions inspection. So I definatley have to have all of the issues fixed.
Thanks!
