what do I use a coil over kit or springs whats a good name for either of them thanks for your help

If you just want to lower your car for looks, the street, and occasional track driving then you could just get springs, and caster/camber plates from Steeda, Ford, or a bunch of other companies. If you have the money and want a great handling car for the street and AutoX/road course then I'd go with coil overs for sure from Griggs, Maximum Motorsports, or Kenny Brown. You can search and find a bunch of info on this subject at the corral.net, and corner-carver.com. I'd also suggest subframe connectors if you don't already have them.
