Help on a 4.6 or a 5.4 swap....need a little direction

I have a 01 Bullitt and Im looking to do a swap, either a Termi 4V 4.6L or a Truck 5.4L.....looking to make between 600-800 on stock internals with a power adder if I can get away with it. Im just looking to see if anyone has any build threads like this or can give me any info on the best choice to roll with.

Like I said Im wanting to make power, will do small bolt ons if needed.

stay 2v get bottom end built, put turbo or Twins or a race centi on. 5.4l cant get to 800hp with stock bottom an waste of money. 2v are amazing an may even make more power then 4v with same mods

check out MMR $4k for 900hp short block and trickflow for heads best setup you can have without going all out.

You're not going to do 600-800 on stock 2 or 3v truck bottom end. Some truck 5.4's came with forged cranks but they would still need rods and pistons. For a street motor looking for that kind of power I would do a turbo setup with cleaned up heads and adapters for a 4.6 manifold. NOT THE BEST but it will be a torquey set up and you could do it on a decent budget and have fun.
