The new gen 5 only has one port on the bypass. Here is a video of the aeroforce gage I’m still working with Kevin on the tune so it not idling good on cold startup but when it’s warm up it will idle.

Based on what you've said here I think your issue is the cracked manifold.

There are 3 possibilities regarding the crack that could be causing your issues.

1. The crack isn't fully covered. It is extremely easy to miss the end of a crack in anything your can't easily flex with your hands or that hasn't been inspected via dye penetrant. Often cracks extend 1/8 to 1/4 inch beyond where it appears to stop.

2. There are more than the one you found. This is actually more common in cast aluminum that most realize. You could have easily missed additional cracking in the same area heading out in a different direction.

3. The crack has grown beyond your epoxy. I mention this because you didn't say you stop drilled it. In order to stop a crack it HAS to be stop drilled especially if you're using an epoxy repair.

There is literally nothing stopping the crack from growing longer. Yes it sucks to fill a small hole but the epoxy has no way to stop the crack.

Factor in pressure and vibration and the crack will easily grow longer. Just vibration will make this happen and pressure just makes it worse.

I would yank the blower and manifold and either have it properly inspected and welded if possible or replace it.

maybe check some local engine/head repair shops? I see the shop up here posting videos pressure testing cylinder heads in a tub of water all the time.

I got the the intake off yesterday and filled it with water and waited to see if I could see if it was leaking and after a little bit of time I did see a small drop of water on the bottom of the intake so I guess that was the problem. Now I have to see about getting it fixed.

Now just think about what would happen to that "leak" under 20+ psi worth of air being forced into that intake. Def sounds like your issue.
