HELP!!! need ipod experts here.....

ok so here is the deal......i just bought a new computer and have a CRAP LOAD of songs, videos,tv shows, and movies on my laptop and ipod already but i have no idea how to transfer all of the files from my ipod onto my new computer?? any ideas?? i'm lost and getting a tad on the angry side:rollseyes
