Help me with a Terminator part

On the passenger side valve cover my car had a breather on it and an aftermarket tube. I put the factory one back on and am installing a JLT oil seperator. I am missing the fitting the goes on top of the JLT oil seperator to connect back to teh throttle boot on the intake assembly. I sent to advance auto to order the part and they said they couldn't get it. Can someone post a pic of what it looks like so I'll know what to look for.

I've got the tube. I just need to know what the part looks like that it connects to. Is it a PCV valve?

On the passenger side there is no valve. Just a hollow fitting that connects the tube to the cam cover. I believe the JLT PCV filter replaces this fitting, but I am not positive.
