They should they are basically the same motors minus the internal differences.
According to the BBK Website the only model that requires any modifications is the 98 Cobra so you should not have any issues.

I heard you had to removed the PS header if u wanted to replace the clutch with BBK LT's. or is this just with the T-45 Tranny's?

Ya your good for fitment. The 03s and 04 termis have the same motors we do but there internals and block is cast iron and forged internals. We have the same manafold ports they do since our motor is the same.
