Ford has it with the regulator. I just bought an aeromotive 13102 that didn't include it...
If anyone else runs into this issue and finds this thread in the future, Autozone sells a GP sorensen regulator (~$45) with a different style viton seal that covers both holes.
For some reason I couldn't get the aeromotive FPR to work with this GP sorensen seal, but the GP sorensen regulator worked with it perfectly.
