Help me diagnose a squeak......

It's coming from front passenger side.

It's kind of a low-pitched squeak, coming from behind the wheel. I've taken the wheel off and can't tell exactly where it's coming from.

It seems to squeak when it gets cold outside. I can hear it loudly when I go over bumps, when the strut is compressed and released quickly. But I can hear it at low volume as I'm driving over the imperfections in the road. It also doesn't matter how fast I'm going, I can still hear it.

What do you guys think? Tie rod? Strut going out? I've already replaced my steering rack sleeves so I don't think it's those...

What springs? CC plates? Keep the stock isos on?

If so, you need to remove the locking washer from the wheel studs as shown in this link:
Thinking this is obvious, but these arent necessary on stock wheels are they? Tossed mine in the trash when I changed rotors
