I'm planning on opening a print shop here in the very near future, but of course..coming up with your own name is hard, because you want it to be perfect. We'll be doing vinyl for vehicles, signs, banners, decals, plus business card, brochures, etc., but with an emphasis on vinyl work.

Any ideas for names would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a catchy, yet professional name.

All input is appreciated.

So far I have thought of:

850graphics (area code shop will be in - wife says it sounds young, and if I ever opened up other locations outside the area, the name would no longer have meaning)
NewEdge Graphics
Press Print Graphics

All input appreciated! Thanks!

Hmm, I think i'll save that one for when I open up my e-porn business ;)

Keep them coming guys, every idea helps me out, and even the ones that don't quite tailor to me could spark my brain to thinking of something..maybe.

me being a graphic designer.. i see the names you posted as a design studio and not a print shop.. i would try and stick with a name ending with something other than graphics. Signs & Print sounds more like a print shop.

The shop will do "graphic design" to an extent, but it is not the main focus of the shop, so you are correct..the name needs to reflect something along the name of a sign shop I guess.

Didn't read that at first.

Vinyl Fantasy (haha don't use that)
Vinyl Destination

Like the 2nd one, but then I try to picture myself or my wife answering the phone..

"Vinyl Destination.."

could turn into a real tongue twister for us. Probably not for everyone, maybe not even for me..but for her..

"Vinyl discrimination" "vinyl determination" "vinyl demolition"

probably 90% of these have already been used.

How about Blazing Signs or something
