OK, I am pretty set on the wheels and tires..just not the SIZES:shrug:

17's or 18's?

I am keeping the stock 17" 10th Ann's. So I was leaning towards the 18" set up. Black FR500's with Cobra R center caps. I knows my car is not an R but I really like that RED R in the center cap, goes well with the 10th Ann red acccents.

If I go 17's I am looking at 315 Nitto DR's for the rear and regular Nitto 275's for the front

If I go 18's I am looking at 305 Nitto DR's for the rear and 265's for the front.

18' set-up is $450 more also......

So opinions? Problems????

If your putting DR on get 17's.....actually if your getting DR's get 15's of you want the tires to hook. After all that is why people get DR's in the first place. Is that a correct statement?

Man I saw a vid on youtube today & this guy has 17x9 245/40/17 for the front & 17x10.5 335/35/17 for the rear on his Cobra and looks absolutely killer. He also had the longer ARP wheel studs, open ended lug nuts, and 3/8" wheel spacers.

18's allow for bigger brakes. I think 17's are a little better all around performance and certainly on launches.
