HELP! Is this a good deal?

Hey guys I am looking at a 1992 GT Convertible with 139,000 miles. The paint is in pretty good shape, other than a little fading and chips here and there. The wheels definitely need to be replaced. Interior is all there except for a back seat. Both front seats are in need of repairs bad. The guy wants $4300.00 for the car. Oh yeah, the top is only 8 months old. Here is a list of mods.

if you consider that the mods add no real value than i would say no. i have been looking at craigslist and every day there is at a couple of 5.0 fox body cars for under 3k. hell i passed on a 90lx vert just cause it was a vert and it was only 1200.00.

I'd sell you my 83 Convert in similar condition but I've got a ton of parts to fix whats screwed up for three grand.
