Help! I'm confused?

Hey all,
I have an odd problem. Yesterday, I installed my c&l cai and maf; and last night everything was fine.... the car ran great. This morning I go to start it up and it dies, then I restart it and have to feather it to keep it running, next it throws a check engine and I'm really confused? So I disconnect the battery to restart the ecu and of course the check engine light goes away but it is still running a bit ragged and idling a bit erraticlly. As far as I can see there are no air leaks, so I dont really know what to do.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure the MAF is in the right position. Just play around with the wires and MAF. Worked for me.

C&L MAFS are known to cause driveability problems. If I were you, I would reinstall the stock MAFS.
Our cars don't need a larger MAFS without forced induction.

yeah sell the c&l and run your stock maf

+1 on the MAF staying stock.
If yu are stuck on keeping the C&L a tune will get most or all of issues out.

i would keep the stock one as well, unless you plan on getting the car tuned.
