Help identify this part - Lean Bank 1 & 2

I've been chasing the lean 1 and 2 for a while, a few times I thought I fixed it but only bought time; at a recent meet talking to a few guru's and he found what may be my issue almost immediately however throughout the talk I forgot to ask him what was the part name.

I took a couple pictures, took it to Ford service and they don't know what it was, talked to the 2 onstaff mechanics and they don't know either - reassuring I tell ya!

Anyhow, the part looks generic enough to where I can find it at my local car part store but need something to tell them.

I did not want to thread jack, but Mistichrome04 is doing a 3.4 upgrade and he had some photos comparing his old to new (LINKY).

Thanks - afraid I might have to get the part from KB...

The codes I have are lean bank 2 then a little bit later will throw bank 1, usually only a few min apart pending on how I'm driving. If I ease it I can go 50 miles (I don't daily drive it, so maybe a couple days worth of driving) or it can come on a single drive.
