HELP!! IAT grommet replacement

as the title says i need a replacement rubber grommet for my IAT sensor. Any one know of a place to get it quickly im getting the car tuned next week. Whats the size maybe it can be order from jegs or something:shrug:.
Please dont suggest the ford dealership.
