Help: How to do a 03' 4.6/5.4 injector flush the right way

Can someone give me a rundown, or link a decent youtube video on how to do a injector flush on the 4.6/5.4 engines, without having the cleaner get sucked out and returned into the gas tank? Everytime I do one it always winds up going into the return line and I can never get a solid flush out of it.

Unless they are actually clogged you really dont need to "flush" the injectors. Most of the time when they are clogged its due to some foul play(sand, sugar, paint, vasolene). I have personally seen f150's and crown vics come in with over 350k miles with zero "snake oil" maintenance done and still run like a top. Spend your money elsewhere.
