I sold an 03 Cobra to a guy in mississippi. It started squealing real bad from under the hood a week later. After much checking we found that the harmonic balancer is off by half a tooth (slight wobble). I feel resposible for fixing the problem because it was a pre-exsisting issue. The Ford dealer is telling me that the only way to replace the harmonic balancer is to replace the whole assembly which includes: Balancer, Bracket, and tensioner. Is this correct?:dw:
