I am trying to remove the front grill emble to replace it with the Cobra Emblem. It says to use a Torx25. When I try to put the toll into the head it looks like there is a pin in the middle of it which prevents the torx from going all the way in. Has any one else had this problem? Its almost like the Torx need a hole in it for it to seat into the torx head.

You need a Tamper-Proof Torx-T25 that one has the hole in the middle.
Can I get this tool at any store ie walmart, auto zone, pep boys

Yeah, I went into walmart, bought the tool, walked out, installed the emblam then walked back in and returned it.
