Help clearing p1000 code

Hi, I need to clear my p1000 code tonight in my gt500. I have to take it in for smog tomorrow morning.

How do i clear it? some people say drive it for 50 miles, others say drive cycles.

i have about 18 hours until it needs to be ready to pass smog. the car will pass but not with the code on.

i should say,

its an 08 gt500 that has a pulley, tune, frpp cai.

i should have no problems passing with my mods. i just need to clear the p1000 code.
