Well I have a 2.8KB with a 6lb lower,idlers, and a 3.25 up top. Does anyone know of a setup that will work. RR tensioner is what I was thinking but they stopped making them and won't start again til the beginning of next year and I don't wana wait that long.

RR pulley.
Also, you can put on a belt size smaller.
Check you tensioners. Sometimes they "wear" out and dont push the belt down that hard to keep pressure on it.
