My friend and I are installing a new mass air meter on his '93coupe in which SCT told us we should get for our application. 408/Vortech S-trim/methanol. They also told us to go with 60lb injectors which is understandable. But what they sold us was a 90MM for a lightning. They also sold us a wiring adapter harness which somehow converts the old 4 wire setup to an 8 wire setup for the meter.
Another problem brought up is that the wiring adapter harness has absolutely no markings on it and is not color coded at all.
How are we supposed to put this together? Or should we send it back and get something else?
Does anyone make meters for my application which wouldn't need a new harness?
We have to be at the tuners by noon tomorrow and its a 4 hour drive to get there.
Any help would be appreciated !
