Help! AC Compressor Seizing?

Well ive gone through 4, yes 4, ac compressors. I drive off and air is cool great charge then about an hour or so later it locks up. Taken it to 3 different places with same result.

Yes, they put oil in it.

134A is used along with proper and compatible oil.

Im stumped. A short? I dunno, help.
