Which is the best and why? Gords, LFP, or Fluidyne... and why?

The reason this post keep coming up is NO ONE I have found has posted any numbers ( HP,TRQ, TEMP. Anything) of gains or losses with differant H.E.'s on the same car. Please, let me know if missed something.
