Wiggle the electrical connector on the pump. I had to keep pressure on mine to get it to fully run.

That was over 7 years ago...

Mine would still flow but it was stronger when I wiggled the connector.

anybody have a pic of the heat exchanger hoses?i installed a fluidyne and it wont prime itself now,i can get the air out and it will pump but i let the car sit overnight and it wont prime itself,pretty sure its gotta do with the way i have the inlet on the pump facing

I also have a fluidyne he and my ice cooling is continuously needing to he burped if I drive the car. The pump is working but no flow of fluid till I blow into cap and get it running again. Then if I drive it it will stop moving fluid as gain.
