Hello,
My 2009 GT500 had been in a accident and I am rebuilding it now.
Having some issue with wiring as my fuse/relay box+PCM and wire harnesses are smashed
Dose any one have a wiring diagram for 2009 Shelby with HID?
I have managed to refbuild power and engine ones but having some problems with HeadLamp Wire Assey 8R3Z 14290-HAA.
The problem is that I cannot recognize 2 of 4 relays on a strut tower.
2 relays for headlights are still intact and I can trace the wires
#3 is most probably Intercooler pump, but wires messed up.
#4 is completely gone and unknown.
Anyone help, please.

I'm not sure of your numbering scheme. The I/C pump relay is toward the front of the car closest to the fender and uses fuse #5. The missing one is the relay for fuel pump 2 and is toward the rear closest to the fender and uses fuse #6. They would be in a six fuse box on the front of the four relay box.

Yeah I made a daft for myslef, just figure out what is what.
Thanks for the info Steve. At least now I know that the relay #4 is aux pump.
Now I need an info on the wires colors.
I do remember from the past researches, that IC pump was controled by PCM via purple/yellow wire by sending a positive through relay's coil to ground (black). The white/red wire remained attached to relay#3 and was traced to IC pump connector. taking into accoun the cross section of hot fused lines, blue is more likely to be a last wire for the IC pump.
That leaves me with 2 big pink wires that are the power lines for aux pump and 2 smaller blue/yellow and white which must be control lines for it.
Could any one confirm please if it's true or false?

IC relay:
purple/yellow, black - control
White/red, blue - controlled
Fuel pump:
blue/yellow, white - control
pinl, pink - controlled

Allowing for age discoloration, you seem to have it right.
When new it went:
I/C Relay:
violet/white,dark blue/yellow - control
white/red,light blue - controlled
Fuel Pump Relay:
white,black - control
red,red/black - controlled (I'm assuming this is what you see as pink)

This is from a 2008, but I think they're the same.

Will hide those fuses and relays in harness.
I see your point about buying a new one but I am not in US, the Ford dealership asks around $300 for it. There's nothing on e-bay and I do not now any trustful online shop that would sell it and ship it abroad.

Steve,
Could you please tell me the PNs of I/C and Aux pump relays? Cannot find 'em in Ford Microcat.

And here is the last question on this harness.
All the connectors are recognised, except the one that is assumed to be located at the middle of the bumper (not a horn or I/C pump)
As the car is apart I cannot even imagine what it is. I suspect air con pressure sensor but not sure.
These are the only 2 wires in this harness that are twisted together and they do not go BEC connector, they are routed directly to PCM/SJB small connector. The colors are:
Violet/Green and Pink/Orange.

Jack, might that be your radiator fan plug? If so, a LG-VT could be your low speed fan control, but your high speed would be LG-YE and I don't see that. Ground would be BK.
Just three wires. Can you give some more hints? (By the way, I'm color blind so I can't always tell the colors in the pictures)

No no, this plug is not a fan plug. This connector on a picture is the main one, it connects the second part of the harness to PCM, it is located next to main fuse/relay box. I showed it just for the wire reference. These wires starts here and run aprox. to the middle of the harness to anothe connector that I am trying to distinguish.
If you follow the harness, this plug I am looking for, will be next one after horn/intercooler ones, but before the headlights. it is the only 2 wires twisted together in this harness.
