I have a 96 GT that I have to change out both headlamp assemblies. They still look good but the collar on the back where the knurled nut secures the bulbs is cracked and that will eventually will allow water in. I have never done more than just change the bulbs in the past and was wondering if anyone out there can give me directions on how to remove the old ones and properly install the new ones. Will I need to get them realigned when changed out ? I am thinking of getting the clear lamps instead of the factory ones. I have some new Sylvania Silverstar Ultras to put in. I appreciate any assistance you guys can provide. ;-)
