Has anyone had this issue before?

I have on 03 cobra with a 4.6L. QA1 k member, MMR solid engine mounts (same dimensions as factory engine mounts apparently) and ARH 1 7/8". My passenger side header is pressed up against the frame rail. I know that it's normally close on that side anyway. Is it because of the size of of the header? Or something potentially off with the k member? There's no room for play where the k member bolts up to the frame rail, so I can't slide it over. I've tried with and without the k member spacers and still no luck.

Any insight with experience on this would be awesome. Thanks!

Why 1 7/8s? What's the motor/blower setup? Factory manifolds or smaller headers would probably work just fine with a lot less headaches

It's a built 4.6 top to bottom with a 3.4 whipple crusher. I want the potential to go big power and 1 7/8 is just what I wanted to go with. I was told they would fit, but apparently she's a little tight.

Lol pardon my ignorance, but what is BFH?? I also thought about notching out the k a tad to slide it over... I was just worried about the whole alignment being off if I did that. I guess it would only be like an 1/8 of an inch.

I had to dimple my 1 7/8" ARH headers for steering shaft clearance.
