Header gaskets?

I am gonna join the turbo crew hopefully in a couple weeks (have most of the parts now) and wonder if you guys are using any special header gaskets? oe felpro? sce copper gonna run 15-18 lbs or so!

Another ? Why are people using the 99-01 timing cover? I though I can get away with just using the stock?

You can use the stock cover. No Idea why people are running the 99-01 cover

Thanks! and another ? what are the pros cons of egr? should I just cap it off? I am going to try and keep it sorta legal and will be running cats! it is a street car not a race car at all I doubt I will run the car on a track!
