Head Tick?

I always worry when I see people talking about the "Head Tick" issue on here. My question is a simple one. If you have the actual "tick" is it very hard to tell? Or is it like insanely loud?

I just wanna double check cause Im a worry bug.
I looked up some videos on youtube. I can only find a couple, and those are choppy sounding at best.

Never heard one in person. However, from what I have read and heard online it is definitely noticeable. Under the car (drivers side) and with the hood open drivers side are the loudest spots.
