My gf has a 97 cobra mustang that her late father had bought. It's been sitting for about 2 years or more after it started loosing coolant and running rough. I pulled all 8 plugs and checked the compression (cold) on each cylinder to see if I could tell wether it is a head gasket or intake gasket. I went from front to back starting with the driver side and the compression is as follows (all in psi): 155, 140, 155, 150, 125, 134, 126, and 143. I plan on doing a leak down test this weekend. Does any1 have any thoughts on which could be the problem? Thanks all in advance. Mileage is 97,000 by the way.

You said losing coolant? It's not an intake problem. We don't have coolant flowing through them.

Probably has been blown up. Does it pull any codes?

I'll check for codes tomorrow. It was never really abused I believe. I'll have to check again but I'm pretty sure the oil is water free and vice versa. So are u thinking its most likely the head gaskets?
