Head cooling mod to revised heads?

I purchased a new pair of Ford Racing Termi heads from Tousley and I'm slapping them on a Teksid block. I believe these are supposed to be revised heads to help against coolant pooling on the one side.

My question is, if this was your engine in your car, would you spend the money and do this mod while the engine is still out of the car, or is it not worth it with the revised heads?

I'm half tempted to do it anyway simply because I have nothing against an extra coolant passage anyway, unless of course it's somehow detrimental.

Yes I would put them on no doubt. The revised heads also have more threads for the spark plugs. Spark plugs backing out is another problem with the older heads.
