Yes I have the WOT box but it won't communicate so I can't get it out of auto mode...

From my experience with the wot box on other cars, I think you can use the button on the box to adjust the no lift shift feature. You gotta hold the button and count the blinks. When you let go the box repeats the blinks to confirm. Not sure what the exact delay times are but the less blinks, the less time it cuts between shifts. Try that if you can't get the software to work.
