I'm about to install a hellion single turbo kit on my cobra can, I run 16-18 psi with out installing ARP head studs ?

yes. I have run 23# with stock bolts. people have pushed 28# and probably more.

ok cool ty im not going to try and push it i have a set of ARP studs but i dont want to pull the heads just to install the studs .
