Has anyone put RTRs on the stock 19" tires?

Buying a set off of my friend.

I plan on buying a new set in the near future, but for now, are there going to be any issues?

Sorry if its a noobish question, but I want to be sure before I have them mounted later on today.

I have two 245 on the front with 275/40 on the rear. I ran with the 245 until I was able to get the rears

Will the 245s fit properly on the rears, too?

here is the car with the 245 on the rear. It is definitely a stretch but they will work fine.
